Mouse DPI Analyzer

Accurately measure your mouse's sensitivity (DPI) with our interactive tool. Follow the instructions below for the best results.

Use a ruler to measure a fixed distance on your mousepad (e.g., 5 inches or 10 cm).
Enter this Physical Distance you will move your mouse in the input below and select the correct unit.
Click Start Measurement. Your cursor will disappear (this is normal).
Press and hold your mouse button, then move your mouse the exact physical distance you entered. Try to move it mostly horizontally.
Release the mouse button OR click Stop Measurement again. Your DPI will be displayed.
For accuracy, repeat 3-4 times and consider the average. DPI values are often in steps of 50.
